Evermach vs. the traditional workflow

In most teams, user feedback lands in support inboxes, sales calls, and spreadsheets. A product manager rewrites it into tickets, and engineers dig through the codebase before they write a line. Evermach keeps your engineers in charge and removes the manual steps between a user's idea and a reviewed pull request.

Traditional workflow

Feedback is collected by hand, rewritten into tickets by a product manager, and built from scratch by engineers. Every handoff loses context and adds wait time.

Evermach

Users share their vibes in a chat embedded in your product. Evermach drafts a Request checked by Drift Control, your team approves it, and three model layers build, validate, and security-test the change before it reaches you as a pull request.

Built for innovation teams and professional software engineers

Three model layers between an idea and your main branch

Every approved Request is built, validated, and attacked by separate models before it reaches you as a pull request.

  1. Build

A builder model plans the change, has the plan checked for gaps, and implements it in an isolated sandbox on a branch of your repository.

  2. Validate

An independent model reviews the diff for correctness: logic errors, missed call sites, and untested paths.

  3. Attack

An adversarial model probes the same change for security vulnerabilities before it can reach your team.

  • Drift Control™ checks every Request against your codebase, business context, and compliance frameworks before it's built, and keeps UI work true to your design.
  • Reviewers see the goal, the plan, and the diff, never the builder's reasoning.
  • Reviews run read-only in a separate sandbox the builder can't touch.
  • A review that fails to finish counts as a failure, never a pass.
  • Blocking findings go back for fixes. Anything unresolved ships as a draft pull request that lists it.
  • Your engineers decide what to build and what to merge. Evermach never merges.

Traditional workflow

The traditional workflow has no invoice, but it isn't free. You pay in product-manager hours spent collecting feedback and writing tickets, and in engineering hours spent clarifying, investigating, and implementing each change.

Which one fits your team?

Traditional workflow is the better fit when…

  • You receive only a handful of user requests a month, and a short conversation is faster than any tool.
  • Your organization doesn't allow AI-written code in its repositories.
  • The work is mostly early discovery or design research rather than changes to an existing codebase.

Evermach is the better fit when…

  • You have a product in production with real users and a steady stream of requests.
  • Your engineers lose time clarifying tickets and investigating before they can build.
  • You want AI to write code, but only behind independent review and adversarial security testing.

Frequently asked questions

Does Evermach replace product managers or engineers?

No. Evermach removes the transcription and investigation work between a user's request and a pull request. Your team still decides which Requests to approve, reviews every pull request, and decides what to merge.

How does Evermach keep AI-written code safe?

Every change passes through three model layers: one builds it, an independent model validates it, and a third attacks it to find security issues. The reviewers work in a separate, read-only environment and never see the builder's reasoning. If problems remain, the pull request opens as a draft that lists them.

Does it work with the tools we already use?

Evermach connects to GitHub for code and pull requests, and can push Requests to GitHub Issues or Jira.

How is Evermach priced?

Your organization shares one credit balance across its projects and users. Widget conversations and Request drafting are always free; credits cover Drift Control analysis and automatic builds. Seats, projects, users, and drafts are unlimited, and you can self-host Evermach and bring your own model keys. We share plan details during your demo.

How do we get access?
